Ron Cooper is now building Bates Cantiflex frames with Diadrant forks for Classic Bikes in the United Kingdom. Classic Bikes has the rights to the Bates name which is a registered trade mark and Reynolds will only draw Cantiflex tubes for Classic Bikes.

As Ron has only being building frames since 1946 some of the earlier Bates bikes
sold by Classic Bikes were not made by him!
